Meg Myers is taking her power back.

This album is finally feeling like I am free to say whatever I want

Meg Myers is emerging from a time of transition: empowered, informed and inspiring in all ways. She talked with MARVIN about changes, challenges and absorbing new ideas with her latest record TZIA

It’s interesting that there are a lot of themes of being solo and together on this record. What message would you like your fans to take away from it?

I think that’s so accurate. We are sharing this experience together and we’re not alone in it. We’re going through a lot of the same feelings and the same processes. There’s so much liberation and acknowledgment of what we’re feeling. For me personally, a lot of the stuff that I work through on this record is related to insecurities around who I really am. There are a lot of those messages in this record and the way I’m really taking my power back through the music, through acknowledging it and seeing it and not being afraid to talk about it.
