SXSW 2022: Thursday and Friday Recap

Wrapping up the week, the six-piece post-punk group out of Brooklyn, Catcher, captivated the crowd with intensity and lyrical depth during their @sxsw performance at Idle Hands in Austin, TX.

The young rock group Geese, based out of New York, took over Container Bar at the Dr. Marten’s showcase. Their energy and presence makes it hard to believe they only just released their debut album in October, titled Projector.

Featured in MARVIN issue 4, Dani Miller fronted Surfbort like only she can, feeding off the audience energy in one the most dynamic live performances from the week.

At Hotel Vegas we saw indie musician and songwriter Art D’Ecco for the first time. Bringing a dose of glam rock to the stage, his unique performance and energy felt fresh and exciting while the crowd danced into the night.
