MARVIN & COINPAYMENTS: The London Reveal
On February 18, 2024, the city of London played host to a vibrant and unforgettable event as MARVIN teamed up with CoinPayments for a sensational evening at the iconic Mandrake Hotel. This exclusive event marked not just a significant VAST-COLLAB, but also the exciting release of MARVIN’S 15th issue with cover star Damiano David of Maneskin.
With the start of London Fashion Week the event perfectly embodied the spirit of innovation and creativity. The ambiance was electric, attracting an eclectic crowd of fashion, art, music and tech innovators—all converging in celebration of art and culture. The night was an exclusive gathering attended by notable figures such as Alex Alexandrov, the visionary founder of CoinPayments, along with his wife, model Maria Alexandrova, Marvin Scott Jarrett and Publisher, Jaclynn Jarrett. Among the industry innovators were Emmy®award-winning director/ producer Michael Jurkovac, co-founder of VAST, and Rami Fustok, owner of The Mandrake Hotel. Creative leaders like Rex Roulette, Gavin Bond, St. Leondard, Exhibiit 69, Diana Gomez, Jan Mosarski,of Sixty Sixty Sounds, Bloom Twins, legendary music, festival, and content producer Rob Hallett, Raphaël Aflalo co-founder of Cathy Guetta’s DJAAYZ app, iconic photographer James Peltekian, singer Joseph Lawrence, Toby Fance founder of Talent and Brands, award-winning composer, Daniel Pemberton, and legendary London nightlife and VAST curator Tim Wade.
The entertainment for the night included DJ sets by Tolula, Pookie, and Faris Badwin lead singer of the post-punk revival band, The Horrors and a live performance by The Molotovs adding to the vibrant atmosphere.
The special cocktail menu featuring drinks like The CoinPayments G+T, The Marvin, and the non-alcoholic Lyers’s Skinny Margarita. The bar was hosted by our gracious partner, Don Londres Tequila, (The chart-topping #1 Selling Tequila at Selfridges, founded by Brixton’s own Dre London, Post Malone, and British rapper Blade) ensuring the festivities flowed seamlessly into the night.
